The Manager/Shift Lead job works closely with the Senior Director of the BOH to make sure all aspects of the BOH work effectively and most efficiently. Oversight of critical processes like lean chicken prep, breading chicken, time and temperature control, food quality, training and coaching, and inventory and receiving. 

You will also help manage Chick-fil-a of Beavercreek’s team of Kitchen Managers as well as our awesome and energetic BOH and FOH Team.

Our kitchen is a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.

Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or in any other BOH position is required. Experience as a Kitchen Manager, Shift Leader, or other Restaurant Manager is preferred.
